I’m Leandro, Head of AI Operations at Nobel Recruitment. After nearly a decade in talent acquisition, I went full-time into AI operations and it’s been the best move I’ve made. I’ve lived the daily grind of recruitment, so I know exactly where technology can remove friction and where it needs to stay out of the way.

My job is making AI useful, not theoretical. I build the workflows, processes and tooling that help our consultants move faster. This includes better outreach, cleaner data, less admin. I also run pragmatic AI training and regularly speak on what actually works in AI for recruiting.
