Hi, I’m Vladan. I started Nobel Recruitment in 2017 because I was fascinated by the people behind great SaaS companies, the ones who actually drive growth. Since then, I’ve been helping B2B tech companies across Europe hire commercial talent that makes a real difference, from first sales hires to experienced GTM leaders.

Alongside Nobel, I’m active as an angel investor and serve on the board of Cruit, a recruitment tech company. I enjoy being close to innovation in hiring and supporting founders who are rethinking how teams are built. I’ve always liked building communities as much as building teams. That’s why I spend time bringing founders, operators and investors together through events like our very own SaaS Awards and small leadership dinners, connecting dots and opening doors where I can.

When I’m not working, I’m usually out for a run, in the gym or finding a great place to eat with friends and family.
