I’m Ebba, Head of Marketing here at Nobel. I’m passionate about building brands that people genuinely connect with and creating marketing that drives both growth and long-term relationships.

My background is in recruitment marketing, where I’ve spent the past several years building marketing functions from the ground up, shaping employer brands, and developing strategies that generate real business impact. At Nobel, I lead our brand, content, digital marketing, events, and communications, making sure everything we do reflects who we are and supports our clients, candidates, and consultants.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, out for a run, watching a football match, or discovering a great place to eat with friends. And whenever I can, I’m back home in Sweden spending time with family and friends.
