Instant Magazine is a SaaS scale-up headquartred in Amsterdam. Their unique technology enables marketers to create awesome digital publications. They are considered to be one of the fastest growing SaaS players from Dutch soil and already have acquired over 1250 paying customers. To support their global growth, they have recently also opened up offices in UK and in the US. They partnered up with Nobel to attract and hire the best talent, so they could further scale up their commercial team.
How we helped:
We got the initial requirement from the Head of Growth, who had some trouble finding the right candidates for a SDR position. We took on the role, and later came into contact with the CEO. We did a thorough requirement analysis and started recruiting exclusively for several roles, we also sat inhouse with them for a couple days a week for one month. In this month we streamlined recruiting processes, talked to all the hiring managers and provided basic recruitment courses to the office manager.
We succesfully placed two Business Development Representatives, a Senior Customer Success Manager, a Customer Support Representative and we’ve recently also placed a VP of Sales to head up the Sales team and lead Instant Magazine into the next growth fase from a commercial perspective. Next to that, we’re working on a few other roles within the Sales team and we’re also recruiting a recruitment manager, who will become end responsible for all recruiting on the clientside and building of the employer brand.
